Project Package Includes: • 30min Free Consultation [video conference or in-home/space available] Client will provide: • Client Programming & Inspiration - share inspo images you like with us • Client will provide floor plans or dimensions of basement (including existing stairs and window/door locations) • Equipment Specifications (mechanical rooms, electrical boxes, laundry, fireplace etc.) TIP will provide: • Two floor plan options • One round of revisions per client request • Ensure your basement complies with the current Building Codes • A mood board with finish, lighting & furniture concepts • Contract Documents for City Building Permits, ready for contractor to submit for application. *Only if required. Additional fees for permit apply TIP will prepare: • Final construction document package for contractor • Finish, Lighting & Fixture specifications (colours, materials, lighting, living room layout etc.) TIP will recommend a Contractor based on your basement design needs Of course, TIP will be with you every step of the way from first consult to the final pillow placed on your couch!
