We are professionally qualified to project manage the following: • Full Home Renovation • High End Homes • Custom Home Design • Specification Home Design • Any other interior space your creative mind can think of! • Small to medium sized commercial spaces (1000sqft - 10 000sqft) TIP will approach every project with complete understanding of the foundational interior design process. We perform interior design assignments that include programming client needs, conceptual design, schematic design, design development, space planning and construction documentation. Our ability to develop and integrate conceptual design into realized projects. We have prompt and concise communication skills while building working relationships with clients and consultants. Highly organized project management including scheduling, coordination of consultants and monitoring project hours. We will conduct on-site observations and document site reviews. Resolve complex technical and design issues. Ensure code compliance is mandated throughout project from onset to completion.
