Project Package Includes: • 30min Free Design Consultation [video conference or in-home/space available] Client will provide: • Programming & Inspiration – share inspo images of offices you like with us • Floor plans or dimensions of room/office (including existing window/door locations) • Coordination of Equipment (Computer, Printer and Supplies) TIP will provide: • Two floor plan options • One round of revisions per client request • A mood board with finish, lighting & furniture concepts TIP will prepare: • Final construction document package for contractor • Finish & Furniture shopping list (colours, materials, online shopping access) TIP will recommend a painter, electrician or contractor based on your office design needs As always, TIP will be with you every step of the way from first consult to the final art piece hung your office!
