Project Package Includes: • 30min Free Design Consultation [video conference or in-home/space available] Client will provide: • Client Programming & Inspiration - share inspo images you like with us • Floor plans or dimensions of kitchen (including existing stairs and window/door locations) • Appliance specifications (Fridge, Stove, Range Hood, Sink, Dishwasher etc.) TIP will provide: • Two floor plan options • One round of revisions per client request • Ensure your kitchen complies with current Building Codes • A mood board with finish, lighting & furniture concepts • Contract Documents for City Building Permits*, ready for contractor to submit for application *Only required if moving interior walls. Additional fees for permit apply TIP will prepare: • Final construction document package for contractor • Finish & Fixture specifications (colours, materials, plumbing, lighting, bar stools etc.) TIP will recommend a kitchen millworker or Contractor based on your kitchen design needs Finally, TIP will stage your kitchen!
