Project Package Includes: • 30min Free Design Consultation [video conference or in-home/space available] Client will provide: • Programming & Inspiration - share inspo images of patios you like with us • Floor plans or dimensions of patio/outdoor space (including existing window/door locations) • Coordination of Equipment – any existing items such as a BBQ, heat lamp, solar lights etc. we need to include • TIP will try and work with 40-60% of what you already have - sometimes you'll be surprised with what we think is design worthy to showcase again! TIP will provide: • Two floor plan options • One round of revisions per client request • A mood board with finish, garden & furniture concepts TIP will prepare: • Finish, Garden & Furniture shopping list (colours, materials, online shopping access) TIP will recommend a painter, electrician or contractor based on your patio design needs. Naturally, TIP will be with you every step of the way from first consult to the final potted plant in your outdoor oasis!
