Service Description

Project Package Includes: • 30min Free Design Consultation [video conference or in-home/space available] Client will provide: • Programming & Inspiration - share inspo or Pinterest boards of spaces you like • Floor plans or dimensions of room(s) you want us to look at (including existing window/door locations) TIP will: • Visit your home to evaluate your space and how you are living in it. We will ask what is working and what is not working for you. • Try and work with 40-60% of what you already have - sometimes you'll be surprised with what we think is design worthy to showcase again! TIP will provide: • Two floor plan options per room • One round of revisions per client request • A mood board with finish, lighting & furniture concepts (including items you already own) TIP will prepare: • Finish, Lighting & Furniture shopping list (colours, materials, online shopping access) TIP will recommend a painter, electrician or contractor based on your re*fresh design needs TIP will be with you every step of the way from first consult to the final decor placement!
